This project showcases our end-to-end capability to transform concept art into a fully functional, immersive themed space — the Mad Hatter’s Tea Party outdoor seating area. Working closely with the client, we handled everything from initial design adaptation, custom prop manufacturing, to on-site construction and installation, bringing the whimsical Wonderland aesthetic to life in a real-world park setting.

- Concept & Site-Specific DesignWe adapted the vibrant, storybook-style tea party concept to fit the park’s natural environment. The design prioritized both visual magic and practicality, creating a circular gathering space with custom tree-stump seating that blends seamlessly with the surrounding forest landscape.
- Custom Prop & Structure FabricationOur workshop produced all themed elements, including the realistic faux wood stumps, central tea party-style seating core, and surrounding decorative borders. Built with durable, weather-resistant materials, these pieces were engineered to withstand long-term outdoor use while retaining their whimsical, natural look.
- On-Site Installation & ConstructionOur installation team handled the full build-out on location, including ground preparation, placement of custom props, and final integration with the park’s pathways and landscaping.
